- Valid passport.
- Valid internal passport (if Russian citizens) for presentation at the Russian Embassy in Czech Republic.

- Divorce certificate ¹,², if applicable.
- Spouse’s death certificate ¹,², if applicable.
- Certificate from the Czech police confirming your stay in the country. This is issued within 30 minutes after arriving in Prague (Monday – Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00). Personal presence is required.
- Certificate confirming citizenship and place of residence issued at your countries’ embassy.
- Certificate of legal capacity to marry issued at your countries’ embassy.
- Questionnaire for application to the registry office in Czech Republic.
¹ All necessary translations, certified by a sworn translator of the Czech Republic, are included in the package price.
² If the certificate was issued by one of the following USSR republics: RSFSR, BelSSR, UkrSSR, GruzSSR, then a seal and an apostille are not needed. Documents issued on the territory of other republics of the USSR must be certified by an apostille.
