Liechtenstein Castle (Uhrginives Castle) was built by the Smirzhnitskys in the pseudo-Renaissance style at the end of the 16th century. After confiscation during the Thirty Years’ War, it was given into the ownership of the Liechtenstein family and restored in the style characteristic of this time and served as their hunting castle. The French winter garden with rich decoration and a unique stained-glass window has been preserved. The festive, romantic, fabulous atmosphere is emphasised by majestic peacocks walking decorously in the park. On the territory, there is a rare gazebo in a modern style.
The pleasant, comfortable atmosphere of the сastle, decorations and furnishings from the 16th century create a festive mood. This is a lovely place for wedding ceremonies and wedding reception. On the castle territory, you can make fireworks in honour of the newlyweds and celebrate the wedding only in a narrow circle of your family and friends. It is possible to arrange that you have exclusive access to the castle during your celebration.
