Even the most demanding lovers of romance will be enchanted by Prague’s The Vrtba Garden, which is part of the Vrtbovský Palace. This garden was founded in 1720 specifically for wedding ceremonies and is located in the very centre of Prague. In the twenties of the 18th century, Prague experienced a wedding boom, and the establishment of the gardens was intended to satisfy the wishes of wealthy clients from the local aristocracy. The wedding ceremony is held under the roof of a magnificent stone pavilion decorated with ancient paintings.
Ceremonies in the Vrtba Garden are held from March to November.
